Carcheri is a ward of Lastra a Signa, located in the hills in the eastern part of the municipality.
The village was mostly surrounded by farmland until the 1990s. With time, this land was built upon and came to extend towards Ginestra Fiorentina.
The church of San Martino a Carcheri (18th century) is worth a visit.
